I purchased this a year and a half ago, and it's performed flawlessly. For the first couple of weeks I had to check the manual every time I did something, and it does seem a bit complex at first, but it's well worth it. I especially love the inverter technology,which allows me to cook frozen dinners without even reading the instructions--simply set it and press 'on.' Same with reheating leftovers, melting butter, etc.. I live alone so when I cook, I cook a lot--that means my use is mostly reheating or recooking from the frozen. I've found this perfect for my needs, and would definitely recommend to others.

Very easy to use. Helps to cook fast. Need little bit play around to get correct cooking time if it is not included in the booklet as temp rises very quickly

This piece installed very easily following the directions. The only issue is that the lip of the bottom vent panel is off by an eighth or quarter of an inch. this causes the microwave to be slightly crooked when set in place. I saw this in other reviews and fixed it by moving the right bottom mount forward to compensate and then reset the screw into the cabinet below. Now it looks great. The finish matches the microwave exactly and looks professional.

Very happy with the quality of design, materials and manufacturing of this product.
Unfortunately, the installation instructions are incorrect in that the position specified for the two inverted channels that lift the microwave is off by about an 1/8". Not a lot of distance, but with the microwave's feet held in this incorrect position, the trim kit cannot be installed symmetrically about the face of the microwave. This prevents the microwave door from opening fully as it contacts the misaligned trim panel opening.
